We weaken or compromise our immune system when we:

To boost our immune system, we simply need to avoid the above listed causes of a weakened immune system. Here are few more tips;
Drink adequate clean water daily – at least 8 glasses daily.
Laugh and indulge in recreational activities to calm your nerves and relax you and also learn to have an appropriate amount of sleep.
